We have a strict assessment process.

We have a zero tolerance of anti-social behavior. Dogs that show any form of anti social behavior may be isolated and not welcome back We reserve the right to refuse any dog.

Important Information

All dogs must be able to get along and be suitable for group play as we do NOT have cages. A minimum of a one visit is required prior to boarding your dog – “Pre-board trial” .

Please no flea collars or choke collars

NO rawhides or rope toys. Just lots of love and your peace of mind while you are away

Additional requests for your dogs welcome. We want to make sure your specific expectations are met! You will not only be going on vacation, so will your dog!

Please keep your cell phone available (or emergency contact available) should any situations arise that we would need to reach you in an emergency. This is REQUIRED.

Daily medications can be given – pills $3 per dose – injections – $14 per injection

Just bring your pup's food and medication. We provide everything else! Luxury bedding available and washed daily for each guest.

Payment Information

There will be a minimum $60 charge for damage done to any suites and/or destruction of the dog beds. If your dog does not do well alone, please let us know we may have to decline a reservation.

A $25 charge will apply to any returned or unpaid checks. All prices are subject to NYS sales tax.
